You may cancel your Better Weight For Life subscription at any time by emailing talktous@betterweightforlife.com.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. The timing of your cancellation may affect whether certain fees are refundable.

If a healthcare provider has already contacted you or begun providing consultation services, a doctor's consultation fee may still apply.

If your medication has already been processed for fulfillment by the pharmacy, the order can no longer be refunded.

A licensed healthcare provider must first review your medical information and determine whether treatment is medically appropriate. If the provider determines that you qualify and writes a prescription, the prescription will be sent to one of our partnered pharmacies for fulfillment.

Medication will not be shipped until a prescription has been issued by a licensed healthcare provider and the order has entered the pharmacy fulfillment process.

Once the medication has been processed for fulfillment, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
